Financial Services Representative - Winterset, IA
Job Type: Our Winterset location is looking for a Financial Services Representative. This will be a full-time position, Monday through Friday and serving in rotation Saturday mornings.
Primary Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities for this position will provide a variety of customer service functions involving the receipt and payment of money and stopping fraudulent activity at the front line. Work involves constant and direct dealing with bank customers and requires the ability to communicate tactfully. The candidate may also be required to provide support for other operational areas of the bank as needed.
The Candidate: Candidates should be able to communicate clearly with both customers and coworkers and be able to follow and explain policies & procedures. Should possess the ability to work both independently and with a team. Additionally, confidentiality, attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to multi-task are essential for this position.
Qualifications: Basic math and computer skills. Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills. High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy. Professional appearance and courteous manner. While not required, preference given to candidates with previous banking and cash handling experience.
